We want our guarantee to be clear and fair, so here’s what it doesn’t include — and why:
- Misuse, neglect, or abuse of the system. Our work is built to last, but it can’t hold up if the system isn’t used or maintained properly.
- Unauthorized repairs or outside work. If another contractor or an unlicensed repair changes what we installed, we can’t be responsible for the outcome.
- Natural disasters or normal wear and tear. Events like floods, shifting ground, or everyday aging are outside anyone’s control, and they affect systems differently.
- Customer-supplied parts or materials. We only guarantee the parts we provide because we know their quality and have direct manufacturer support.
If you notice a problem after we’ve completed the work:
- Contact us within 3 days of noticing the issue
- Provide proof of service (an invoice, your name, and address is enough)
- Share details about the problem - photos are helpful for faster resolution
- We’ll respond within 24 business hours and schedule a return visit if needed
- If the issue involves a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help with the claim so you’re not left dealing with it alone
